Fliply Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. Here's our cancellation policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
  • For cancellations made after 24 hours but before the order enters production, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fliply 3D cards. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing of refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@fliply.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Please return the item in its original packaging, if possible.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

  • Customized 3D cards with personalized designs or messages.
  • Digital designs or templates that have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our 3D cards. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we'll work with you to make it right.

6. Promotional Items and Discounts

Refunds for items purchased with promotional discounts will be adjusted to reflect the actual amount paid. Any free items or bonuses included with the purchase must be returned with the order to be eligible for a full refund.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
